摘要
测定了磷酸盐化米糠提取液及其与其它阻垢剂的复配物对硫酸钡垢的抑制效果。结果表明，磷酸盐化的米糠提取液对ＢａＳＯ４垢具有一定的抑制作用，阻垢率达４６．２３％；与其它阻垢剂复配时具有协同作用，尤其与ＦＣＡＰ复配时阻垢率可达９６．６７％，具有一定的实用价值。
The inhibiting property for BaSO 4 scaling of phosphoric acid esters of rice bran extract (P RBE) alone and compounded with other scale inhibitors is studied. In standard BaSO 4 scaling experiments at 70℃, the inbibiting rate of P RBE in 100 ppm is as high as 46.23% and that of some P RBE compositions is much higher:96.67% for a P RBE+FACP and 92.55% for a P RBE+ATMP composition in 100 ppm.
