高温模拟海洋钻井液中复合缓蚀剂的实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对钻井液对钻具的腐蚀情况,研制了由壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯等组成的复合缓蚀剂,利用静态和动态失重法、极化曲线法、交流阻抗法考察其在高温模拟海洋钻井液(包括天然海水、酸性海水和高密度盐水)中,对G105钢的缓蚀效率和作用机理。结果表明,在70℃的静态和动态天然海水中,复合缓蚀剂用量仅为150 mg/L时,缓蚀率分别达98.1%、98.5%;在70℃动态高密度盐水中,用量为250 mg/L时,缓蚀率达91.7%,90℃静态时缓蚀率为84.1%。70℃时复合缓蚀剂在天然海水和酸性海水中是阳极型缓蚀剂,在高密度盐水中是以抑制阳极反应为主的混合型缓蚀剂;复合缓蚀剂在天然海水里的缓蚀效果优于在其他2种溶液中的,主要是由于可在电极表面形成更加致密的缓蚀膜并改变了电极的反应历程。 For the corrosion situation of drilling tools caused by drilling fluids,a compound inhibitor including nonylphenylethoxy phosphate ester was prepared and its inhibiting action on G105 steel in simulated ocean drilling fluids(natural seawater,acidic seawater and high density brine) at high temperature was investigated by static and dynamic weight loss,polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.The results showed that the inhibition efficiency of the compound inhibitor for G105 steel was 98.1% in static seawater and 98.5% in dynamic seawater at 70℃ with its mass concentration of 150 mg/L,91.7% in dynamic high density brine at 70℃ and 84.1% in static high density brine at 90℃ with its mass concentration of 250 mg/L,respectively.The compound inhibitor behaves as an anodic inhibitor in natural and acidic seawater and a mixed-type inhibitor controlling mainly the anode processes in high density brine.The compound inhibitor performed more excellently in natural seawater than in the other two solutions,because it could form much compacter inhibition film on G105 steel surface and changed the corrosion reaction mechanism of G105 steel.
