摘要
从温度的角度来分析其对柴油机启动过程的影响。首先,分析了温度对柴油机启动阻力的影响,温度越低,启动阻力越大;推导了初始温度对着火延迟时间的影响,初始温度与着火延迟时间呈指数关系。因此,改善柴油机启动时的热氛围可改善柴油机的启动性能。
The temperature influence for the Start Process of diesel engine was analyzed. The start resistance was analyzed and it had a large effect on temperature, the start resistance becomes bigger along with the temperature decrease. The relationship between the temperature and the delay time of the start ignition was derived. The result showed that the start ignition delay time increased exponentially according to the temperature decrease. So, improve the temperature atmosphere of the diesel start condition could enhance the start performance of the engine.
