摘要
中医动物模型重复性差,割裂了病与证的联系;单纯借鉴西医病理模型制备中医病和证的模型,不符合中医理论的要求;病证结合模型体现病与证的紧密联系,符合临床实践,已成为中医实验动物模型发展的新方向。本文阐述了病证结合动物模型建立的意义,对近10年来的动物模型进行了回顾,探讨病证结合动物模型的发展现状,并对其存在的问题及其发展提出了一些看法,认为病证结合动物模型将会得到进一步提高和发展。
Chinese medical animal model is few reproducibility and cut up relationship of disease and syndrome. Merely make use of medical pathological model to prepare Chinese medicine disease and syndrome model which discrepancy with Chinese medicine theory. The combination of syndrome with disease model is express close relation of syndrome and disease which be in line with clinical practice and become the developed latest trend of Chinese medical experimental animal model. The article expounded the significanc to establish the combination of syndrome with disease animal model, reviewed these exlsed animal models in the latest ten years, investigated the development status of the combination of syndrome with disease animal model, pointed out current problems and development direction, the combination of syndrome with disease animal model should be had the further improvement and development.
