摘要
氨分离器对氨的生产起重要作用,而氨分离器液位测量的准确性决定其分离效果好坏。通过对传统压差液位测量系统分析,得出其产生误差的原因、解决方法和相应算法。文章首先对设备进行改造,然后选取适当的硬件电路,在此基础上设计出一种智能液位测量装置。由现场试验和运行情况可知,该测量系统算法简洁,稳定性与实时性好,消除了传统液位测量所产生误差。
Ammonia segregator plays important on production of ammonia, the separated effect depending on whether of ammonia segregator was measured well. The error reasons, solutions and algorithms were proposed by analyzing differential pressure level measurement. By reforming equipment and finishing the suitable circuit, intelligent level measurement system was designed. The algorithm of this measurement system is simple and the system is good real-time. The error of the system was eliminated by mean of testing and operation of the system.
