摘要
相对于传统静态超声液位测量技术 ,介绍一种新的超声液位测量方法 ,通过采用特殊的液面约束管装置 ,从原理上实现了液面动态和速度自校正。由于引入了这些校正装置 ,超声波回波信号变得相对复杂了 ,因而在硬件电路和软件上使用高频全采样来分析和处理回波信号 ,最终达到动态高精度液位测量。
Inthe traditionalliquid depth measures technology bythe ultrasonic is static. As the contrast, the method in the ultrasonicliquid depth measure,introduced in this text, is dynamic. Through adopting the special device to retrain and manage liquid, it has solved the liquid trendingand speed correctingby oneself from the measuring principle. Because has introduced these correcting devices, the signal of ultrasonic echo waves becomes relatively complicated. Therefore use high frequency to sample completely in the circuit of hardware and software, come to analyze and deal with the echo signal, and finallycan measure the liquid depth dynamicand high accuracy.
