摘要
目的:建立离子色谱法同时测定双份饭中亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐的分析方法。方法:样品经沉淀蛋白、脂肪,过0.22μm滤膜,在20℃温度下,采用阴离子分析柱(Metrosep A Supp 5-250 4.0 mm×250 mm)分离,电导检测器检测。结果:亚硝酸盐在0.10-1.0 mg/L范围内,硝酸盐在1.0-10.0 mg/L范围内线性良好,其相关系数分别为0.9997和0.9992,RSD分别为0.81%-1.51%和0.95%-1.76%,亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐的检出限分别为0.004 mg/L和0.005 mg/L,回收率分别为95.8%-101.3%和94.7%-104.2%。结论:该方法简便快捷、准确可靠,能满足双份饭中亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐的测定。
Objective:A simultaneous analysis of nitrite and nitrate in double food with ion chromatography was constructed.Methods:The samples were filtered with 0.22 μm of filter membrane after protein and fat precipitated.Under a temperature of 20℃,a Supp 5-250 4.0 mm×250 mm was used as anion analytical column for separation and the conductivity detector was used for detection.Results:The calibration plot was found to be linear in the range of 0.10-1.0 mg/L,1.0-10.0 mg/L for nitrite and nitrate respectively with correlation coefficient of 0.9997 and 0.9992.The RSD were 0.81%-1.51% and 0.95%-1.76% with detection limit of 0.004 mg/L,0.005 mg/L for nitrite and nitrate respectively.The recovery were 95.8%-101.3% and 94.7%-104.2%.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reliable.
