摘要
缄默知识是艺术设计专业主要的知识形态;在"做中学,做中教",坚持文化育人是培养艺术设计的高技能适用性人才必然途径。十堰职业技术学院艺术设计专业,根据"设计导向"的现代职业教育思想,内化缄默知识,在教学改革方面作了卓有成效的探索,所研究成果于2009年获第六届高等教育国家级教学成果二等奖。
Tacit Knowledge is the main pattern of the knowledge in the major of art and design. "Learning by doing, teaching by doing" and cultivating students with culture are inevitable methods in training highly skilled and applicative personnel in art and design. The Department of Art and Design of Shiyan Vocational and Technical College internalizes the tacit knowledge in teaching reform according to modern vocational education thought of "design-oriented". It proves to be a successful exploration which won the second prize in the Sixth National Teaching Achievement of Higher Education in 2009.
