摘要
肺间质纤维化和传统医学的肺痿相似,现代医学对肺间质纤维化尚无特效治疗方法而传统医学在这方面有着独特的优势。通过对古代文献的研究提出从"阴虚"论治肺痿,指出"肺燥津伤"是肺痿的重要的病机,治疗上则根据不同的病机特点而采用培土生金法,金水相生法,佐金平木,清治阳明之火,清心护肺法。充分体现了传统医学的"观其脉证,知犯何逆,随证治之"的辨证思维。
Pulmonary interstitial fibrosis is Similar with the traditional medicine of Atrophic Lung disease, Modern medicine for pulmonary fibrosis there is no specific treatment but traditional medicine in this area has a unique advantage. Based on the study of ancient literature from the ＂ Deficiency of Yin ＂ Treatment Atrophic Lung disease, Pointed out that ＂fluid impairment due to abundant lung-heat＂ is an important Pathogenesis of Atrophic Lung disease. Treatment of the disease according to different characteristics of the use of building up earth to reinforce metal, mutual influence metal and water, supporting metal to suppress wood, clearing stomach-heat and purging fire. It fully reflects the traditional medicine of dialectical thinking that is the Concept of its network card, who knows Ho reverse, with the certification rule.
