摘要
特发性肺纤维化是中医呼吸疾病研究的热点问题之一。本文认为特发性肺纤维化可归属中医"肺痿"病范畴,在该病慢性进展期及早诊断并进行中医药干预,初步观察显示有一定的疗效。借鉴国外先进的临床研究方法,开展多中心中医临床试验将是未来中医治疗该病临床研究的突破口之一。
Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis （IPF） is a popular research subject in TCM respiration medicine. This article thinks Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis could be classified to ＂Lung Paralysis＂ disease in TCM. and When in chronic progressive stage, accurate diagnosis in time and succedent TCM treatment of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis can all do benefit to patients. On the basis of learning advanced design method of clinical study , one of the imminent duty of TCM clinical research is launching multi-center clinical study in the near future to find a breakthrough for TCM Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis research.
