摘要
目的建立小儿腹泻外敷散丁香酚和桂皮醛的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Eclipse XDB-C18柱,流动相:甲醇-水(65∶35),紫外检测波长:280nm,流速:1.0mL.min^-1。结果丁香酚在9.635-154.16μg范围内线性关系良好(r=1.0000);平均回收率为99.5%,RSD=1.56%。桂皮醛在2.74-43.76μg.mL^-1范围内线性关系良好(r=1.0000);平均回收率为100.0%,RSD=0.65%。结论该方法简便、准确,可用于制剂的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination of Eugenol and Cinnamaldhyde in Xiao er Fuxie Waifu powder.METHODS C18 column was adopted as stationary phase,solvent mixiure composed of methanol-water(65∶35) as mobile phase,the detection wavelength was 280nm.RESULTS Eugenol had a good linearity(r=1.000 0)in the range of 9.635~154.16μg·mL^-1.The average recovery was 99.5%,RSD was 1.56%;Cinnamaldhyde had a good linearity(r=1.0000) in the range of 2.74~43.76μg·mL^-1.The average recovery was 100.0%,RSD .was 0.65 %. CONCLUSION The above method is simple, sensitive and accurate, and maybe used for the quality control.
