摘要
在食品工业领域,纳米微量元素展现极为广阔的应用前景。探讨常见纳米微量元素如纳米钙、铁、锌、硒等在食品中的应用及其对人体和环境可能造成的危害。并提出对食品用纳米材料进行系统深入地安全性评价。
We investigated applications of nano-trace elements such as nano-calcium, nano-iron, nano-zinc and nano-se which were widely uses in food and its possible effects on human beings and environment. And on the bases of these, the article puts forward the systematic and thorough safety evaluation of food nanomaterials.
