摘要
为建立苹果汁掺假快速检测方法,用主成分投影法对所有掺假样品的中红外图谱进行分类,鉴别苹果汁的掺假。分别以5%、10%、15%、20%、25%、30%的梨汁和蔗糖溶液掺假的苹果汁能得到清楚地区分。
Apple juices adulterated with pear juice and sucrose solution at different levels can be discriminated successfully by PCA (principal component analysis) method. By the PCA method, samples adulterated with pear juice and sucrose solution at 5 %, 10 %, 15 %, 20 %, 25 % and 30 % level can be discriminated clearly.
