根据模具断裂失效类型,从多方面分析断裂失效的主要原因,并提出相应的预防措施,如材料选择、结构设计、锻造工艺、热处理工艺、磨削加工等,以改善模具制造质量,提高模具的使用寿命。
The main causes of various fracture failure in forging dies were analyzed in terms of failure types and some corresponding preventive measures were proposed, which involves selection of materials, design of structure, forging technique, heat treatment and grinding machining, etc.
