氧化还原电位消毒剂对水果霉菌杀灭效果研究

摘要 目的:观察固体氧化还原电位消毒剂对霉菌的杀灭效果。方法:采用悬液定量杀菌试验进行。结果:固体氧化还原电位消毒剂以含有效氯15mg/L的溶液作用1-3m in,对粉红端孢、灰葡萄孢悬液的杀灭对数值大于5.0。结论:固体氧化还原电位消毒剂对霉菌有杀灭作用,在防霉上有应用价值。 To research a solid oxidizing reduction potential disinfectant (SORPD) for mouldcidal of mould on fruits. Use suspension quantitative mouldcidal test. The reduce factor (log10) of Triehothecium roseum and Botrytis cinarea exposed to SORP solution (containing available chlorine 15mg/L) for 1 -3were 〉5.0 log EID50 occurred in the treatment samples incubated for 2 rain at indoor temperature or reduce of 〉 5.5 . The SORPD can be used in the mould against of fruits .
