摘要
为观察新型固体氧化还原电位消毒剂对H5N1型高致病性禽流感病毒的灭活效果,采用K le in-Defors悬浮方法进行了实验室研究。结果,用含100 mg/L有效氯的固体氧化还原电位消毒剂作用2 m in,对悬液内H5N1型禽流感病毒灭活对数值为3.5;作用5 m in,对H5N1型禽流感病毒灭活对数值达到5.5以上。结论,固体氧化还原电位消毒剂在比较低的浓度下对H5N1型禽流感病毒具有较好的灭活效果。
In order to observe the efficacy of a new - type solid redox potential disinfectant in inactivating H5N1 - type highly pathogenic avian influenza virus, Klein - Defors suspending method was used to carry out laboratory study. Results : The inactivating logarithm of H5N1 - type avian influenza virus in suspension exposed to the solid redox potential disinfectant containing available chlorine 100 mg,/L for 2 rain was 3.5 and that of H5N1 - type avian influenza virus exposed for 5 min attained over 5.5. Conclusion : The solid redox potential disinfectant at relatively low concentration has relatively good efficacy in inactivating H5N1 -type avian influenza virus.
