摘要
通过田间试验,研究麦田中15%三唑醇WP在小麦及土壤中的残留消解情况。结果表明,三唑醇在麦苗中消解速度较快,土壤中相对缓慢,麦苗中半衰期为3.82-6.02 d,土壤中为17.17-24.92 d;2年试验结果中,15%三唑醇WP按照900和1 800 g.hm-2,施药2次、3次,末次施药距收获间隔21 d,麦粒中三唑醇残留量低于0.2mg.kg-1,麦杆中低于5.0 mg.kg-1,该药按推荐剂量使用是安全的。
A field experiment was conducted to reveal residue and degradation of triadimenol in wheat and soil.The result showed that triadimenol degraded rapidly in the wheat seedling,but lowly in the soil relatively.The half-life of triadimenol in the former was 3.82~6.02 d and in the latter was 17.17~24.92 d.Results of the two-year experiment showed when the wheat was sprayed 2 to 3 times with triadimenol 15% WP in the dosage of 900 g·hm-2 and 1800 g·hm-2,and the last application was done 21 days before harvesting, the residue of triadimenol in the grain of harvested wheat was lower than 0. 2 mg·g^-1 and in the straw was lower than 5.0 mg-kg^-1. The tested results demonstrated that it is safe to apply triadimenol to wheat with the recommended rate.
