摘要
为了全面评价手性农药三唑醇的环境行为,本实验以氙灯为光源,研究了三唑醇两对对映体在水体中的光化学降解情况。结果表明,其4个对映体的光解遵循一级动力学方程,光化学降解速率大小为(+)-triadimenol A>(-)-triadimenol B>(+)-triadi-menol B>(-)-triadimenol A,且对映体间没有转化现象,佐证了手性对映体之间转化是手性环境下的行为,与光解无关。
Pesticide triadimenol is being popularized to use all over the world today, but some important environmental behaviors of triadimenol, such as its photolysis of different enantiomers in water, have not been reported until now. In order to comprehensively evaluate environmental security of triadimenol, the experiment focused on the photolysis of different enantiomers of chiral pesticide triadimenol was conducted in water using xenon lamp as the light source. The results showed that the primary degradation of different enantiomers of triadimenol followed a pseudo-first-order kinetics in water, and the photolytic rate of four enantiomers of triadimenol was the following sequences : (+)-triadimenol A 〉(-)-triadimenol B 〉(+ )-triadimenol B 〉(-)-triadimenol A. The experiment's result also showed that there was no transform among the enantioners. From this, the reason of transform should be chiral environmental, but not chemical degradation. The photo-chemical studies on pesticides and other pollutants observed in environmental systems should be carried out in conditions as similar as possible.
