摘要
随着市场经济体制和教育体制改革的不断深入,我国高等教育的内部环境和外部环境都有了很大的变化,高等教育的规模也得到了空前的发展。但与此同时,巨大的经费缺口问题也摆在了各高校面前。可以这样说,强大的筹资能力和多渠道的资金来源越来越成为国内高校生存和发展的关键。
With thedeepening reform of market economy system and educational system, great changes have taken place in intermal and extemal environment of higher education. The scale of higher education has unprecedented development. But at the same time, each university faces and multi-channel finencivg have become the key to the survival and development of universities in our country.
