摘要
对反胶束法同时提取玉米胚芽中的蛋白质和油脂的前萃工艺进行了研究,为全面利用玉米胚芽资源提供参考。考察了萃取时间、W0(反胶束溶液中水的浓度与表面活性剂浓度之比)、萃取温度、离子浓度、pH和加样量对油脂和蛋白质提取率的影响。结果表明最佳前萃工艺条件为:萃取时间1.0 h,萃取温度40℃,W025,KCl溶液离子浓度0.1 mol/L,pH7,加样量0.50 g。在此条件下油脂的提取率达85.49%,蛋白质的提取率达45.61%。
The forward extraction of maize germ oil and protein b effects on protein and oil extraction efficiency of extraction time, W0 ( rant), extraction temperature, concentration of KCl, pH and material y reverse micelles was studied. The concentration ratio of water to surfacdosage were investigated. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows : extraction time 1.0 h, temperature 40 ℃, pH 7, W025,KCl concentration 0.1 mol/L and material dosage 0.50 g. Under the optimum conditions, the extraction efficiency was 85.49% of oil and 45.61% of protein.
