摘要
借鉴西方经典的DLOQ量表,在访谈和预试的基础上,针对来自浙江省25家非营利组织的367份问卷调查数据,进行探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析,发展出中国情景下的非营利学习型组织量表包括4个维度,共计18个测量指标。以上述4个维度作为自变量,分别对知识绩效、财务绩效和使命绩效进行逐步回归分析,实证结果显示,非营利学习型组织建设显著正向影响组织绩效,并且学习型组织的不同构成维度对组织绩效的影响存在较大差异。
This paper intends to develop the measurement scale of nonprofit learning organization in the Chinese context based on the Dimensions of the Learning Organization Questionnaire (DLOQ). Specific items are modified by interviews and pilot test. Statistics packages are used to conduct exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis on the 367 questionnaires finished by employees from 25 nonprofit organizations (NPOs) in Zhejiang Province. The final nonprofit learning organization scale includes 4 dimensions, 18 measurement indicators with good reliability and validity. Meanwhile, empirical results obtained from stepwise regression show that some dimensions of nonprofit learning organization are more important for different types of organizational performance. Results shed some light on the building of learning organization in China's NPOs and future researches.
