摘要
本文介绍了学习型组织的概念、基本内涵,通过对国内外相关文献的分析和总结,阐述了学习型组织测评工具的研究现状,国内外临床护理人员学习型组织的现状及影响因素,学习型组织在临床护理领域的应用效果,并指出了今后学习型组织在临床护理领域的研究方向。
This paper expounds the concept and basic connotation of the learning organization. Through the analysis and summary of relevant literature, the paper expounds the research status of assessment tools of the learning organization, the status and influencing factors of learning organization of clinical nursing staff, and application effects of learning organization in the field of clinical nursing. The article also points out the future research direction of the learning organization in the field of clinical nursing.
