一株红树林内生真菌次级代谢产物中活性组分的活性跟踪法分离研究 被引量:2

摘要 对从广西山口红树林保护区采集的21株植物内生真菌进行了抗菌、抗肿瘤筛选,得到4株活性菌株,其中SK11菌株活性最强。采取活性跟踪方法,从SK11菌株次级代谢产物中分离到了活性成分Lichexanthone和Bikaverin,并用分子生物学方法鉴定该菌株为链格孢霉菌(Alternaria sp.)。这是首次从该属中分离得到这两种化合物。 The 21 strains of endophytic fungi isolated from Mangrove Protect District in Guangxi Shankou were screened using antitumor and antibacterial method.The 4 active strains were gained and the strain SK11 had the highest activity.Using bioassay-guided method,the active components Lichexanthore and Bikaverin were isolated from the secondary metabolites of strain SK11,which was identified as Alternaria sp..This is the first time to get the two active compounds from the fungi genus.
