摘要
目的实验室自己制作外部质控血清,绘制质控图,满足《全国艾滋病检测技术规范》要求和考评要求。方法利用试剂盒内的阴、阳性对照血清按一定量混合,通过比较不同试剂、不同滴度的CO值,筛选出合适混合比例,分装冷冻保存使用。结果阳性、阴性血清1∶10左右混合比例比较适合。结论自制质控血清性能稳定,经济、方便,该方法便于推广使用。
Objective To make outer quality control serum by ourselves, draw the pictures of quality control, satisfy the demands of 《Natioal Guideline for Detection of HIV/AIDS》 and appraisal. Methods Mix appropriate of the negative and positive in the box by looking at serum, eompare the differences between different reagents and CO values of differents titers, screen out the suitable blending ratios, then subpaekage, refrigerate, preserve to use. Results Positive serum and negative serum are mixed suitable by the ratio of 1：10. Conclusion The quality control serum made by ourselves have some characteristics： stable function, economical, convenient, and then easy to generalize.
