摘要
用实体建模软件UG对发射器挡板进行三维建模,将得到的模型简化并导入到有限元分析软件ANSYS中进行瞬态动力学分析,找出发射器挡板最大应力集中点,在此基础上利用ANSYS疲劳分析模块,实现对发射器挡板的疲劳特性分析,结果表明,发射器挡板满足疲劳特性要求。
The 3D solid mode of the baffle of launcher was built by UG software, and then it was imported into ANSYS software for transient dynamic analysis after simplified. On the basis of getting the maximum stress concentration point, fatigue analysis model in ANSYS was used to realize the fatigue property analysis for the baffle of launcher. The analysis result showed that the baffle of launcher could satisfy the request of fatigue property.
