非圆齿扇齿条副齿面接触应力分析及仿真

摘要 针对汽车转向器摇臂轴非圆齿扇的工作齿面易发生磨损、点蚀甚至断裂等现象,围绕非圆齿扇齿条副的齿面接触应力理论建模与有限元仿真分析开展研究,提出一种非圆齿扇齿条副接触应力理论计算模型,研究齿扇齿宽B、齿条压力角α和齿扇锥角φ等几何参数对齿面接触应力的影响规律;将非圆齿扇齿条副三维参数化建模与齿面动态啮合有限元仿真分析集成,提出一种非圆齿扇齿条副接触应力参数化、全流程仿真分析计算方法。预期为汽车转向器非圆齿扇齿条副的设计分析提供理论和方法指导。 Aiming at the phenomenon that the working tooth surface of the non-circular fan of the rocker arm shaft of automobile steering gear is prone to wear,pitting and even breaking,the theoretical modeling and finite element simulation of the contact stress of the tooth surface of the non-circular fan rack pair are studied.A theoretical calculation model for the contact stress of the non-circular rack and pinion pair is proposed,and the influence of geometrical parameters such as the width B of the rack,the pressure angleαof the rack and the cone angleφof the rack on the contact stress of the tooth surface is studied.By integrating the three-dimensional parametric modeling of the non-circular rack and pinion with the dynamic meshing finite element simulation analysis of the tooth surface,a parametric and whole-process simulation analysis method of the contact stress of the non-circular rack and pinion is proposed.It is expected to provide theoretical and methodical guidance for the design and analysis of the non-circular rack and pinion pair of automotive steering gear.
