摘要
本文针对氧化铝沉降工序高温、高碱、物料易结疤等特点,介绍了根据沉降槽内物料密度不一致而运用浮力法进行泥层高度检测的泥层界面检测仪,通过采用Profibus DP现场总线的控制模式,实现了在线对中铝河南分公司改造的四台沉降槽泥层高度的自动检测,有效解决了生产中的"瓶颈"问题,给企业带来了可观的经济效益。

So, it settles effectly the bottleneck problem of the products and brings the obviously economic effect.
