由于氧化铝生产过程中部分工序具有多变量、强藕合、强非线性、难检测等特点,所以采用先进的在线报警监测技术是有效的改进方法之一。将FameView与PLC应用到沉降槽耙机负荷监测报警系统中,有效实现了分离洗涤沉降槽耙机的在线监测与控制。
In the aluminum oxide production process the partial working procedures have the multivariable,the strong pale pinkish purple, the strong non-linearity, difficult to examine and so on the characteristics. Therefore advanced online reports to the police the monitor technology is one of effective improvement methods. Load monitor alarm system FameView and PLC is applied in the subside raker thathas separated the lavation subsider raker the online monitor and the control effectively.
