摘要
近年来,随着农村经济发展和农村劳动力的转移,农村土地流转速度加快。农地流转拓宽了农民增收渠道,促进了农村经济发展,但在实际操作中,存在一些侵害农民权益的问题。在详尽分析农村土地流转中农民权益受损现象及原因的基础上,提出了完善现有农村土地制度、规范流转程序、建立健全农村社会保障体系等保护农民土地权益的对策。
In recent years,along with rural economic development and transfer of rural labor force,circulation of rural land is speeding.Circulation of rural land widens increasing-income channels of farmers,and promotes rural economic development.But in actual operation,there are some damage to farmers＇ rights and interests.This paper,based on the detailed analysis of the phenomenon and reasons for farmers＇ land rights and interests damaged,proposed countermeasures of protection of farmers＇ land rights and interests by improving existing rural land system,standardizing circulation process,and establishing and improving social security system in rural areas and so on.
