摘要 目的:为研究强化环境训练对低碘鼠学习能力、脑DNA及胆碱能神经元相关酶类活性的影响。方法:自缺碘大鼠生后25天起给予强化环境训练,15天后测定其学习能力、各脑区DNA含量及胆碱能神经元相关酶活性。结果:训练低碘鼠与非训练低碘鼠比较,学习能力,海马、小脑的CHAT活性,大脑皮层、海马的ACHE活性和不可提取ACHE活性百分比,均有明显增高,但仍低于正常对照水平。结论:强化环境训练虽对各脑区神经细胞数目无明显影响,但对神经元的功能活动和精细结构的重建可能具有积极作用,使学习能力得以提高。 Objective:To clarify the effect of intensify environment training on learning capacity,cerebral DNA and enzymic activity of cholinergic system in low iodine rats.Methods:The rats with 25 days old,fed by low iodine diet,were shifted into a special box and were broadcasted the light music, 60min,four times/per day.After 15 days,the learning capacity as well as DNA,choline acetyltransferase(CHAT),acetylcholinesterse(ACHE) activity in brain were measured.Results:Comparison was made between experimental rats and without intensify environment training rats.In experimental rats,the learning capacity,cerebral CHAT,ACHE or non-extractable ACHE activities were higher than those of control rats.But they still didn't reach the normal levels.Conclusion:It shows that intensify environment training may raise or improve the learning capacity,functional activities of central cholinergic system in low iodine rats.However,it didn’t increase the numbers of nervous cells.
