摘要 目的 :观察康复训练对海马梗死后学习记忆功能的影响 .方法 :30只SD大鼠采用光化学诱导法制作双侧海马梗死模型 ,于 2 4h后将模型大鼠随机分为康复组和制动组 ,各15只 ,于造模 3d后开始分别给予康复训练或制动 ,分别在大鼠造模前、造模后 3d、康复训练后 7,14和 2 1d时进行学习记忆能力测试 .结果 :大鼠双侧海马梗死后较梗死前学习记忆功能下降 (P <0 0 1) ;康复组不同时相的学习记忆成绩较制动组恢复快 (P <0 0 5 ) .结论 :康复训练可促进双侧海马梗死大鼠学习记忆功能的恢复 . AIM: To investigate the changes of learning and memory function in hippocampus CA1 region in rats with bilateral hippocampal infarction after rehabilitation training. METHODS: Thirty rats were randomly divided into two groups after infarction induced by photochemistry: rehabilitation group and braking group. The rats of rehabilitation group were given training three days after infarction while the rats of braking group were braked. The behavioral tests were performed at different times: before infarction, 3d after infarction, and 7d, 14d and 21d after training. RESULTS: The rats with infarction had decreased learning and memory function compared with that before infarction. The rehabilitation group showed better score and faster recovery of learning and memory function than the braking group at different times after training. CONCLUSION: Rehabilitation training can accelerate the recovery of learning and memory function in rats with bilateral hippocampal infarction.
