摘要
高校物流管理专业招生数量的迅猛增长导致物流教学质量的下滑,以及由此带来的教学资源的严重匮乏已引起人们的高度关注。我国物流管理专业教学与国外存在的差距以及亟需改革的突出问题有:物流师资力量匮乏、培养目标模糊、课程体系设置不合理、教材质量堪忧、实践环节薄弱以及考试和测评手段单一六个方面,需针对这些问题采取有效措施改进。
With the logistics management major enrollment growing, the teaching quality is decreasing and the supply of teaching resource is tightening. All these problems have aroused the relevant educators＇ attention. There is a big gap between China and foreign countries. Among these urgent problems that need to be reformed are： lack of logistics teaching staff, the training goal is vague, the curriculum is not reasonable , the quality of textbook is not qualified; lack of practice and the examination measures are simple; Against these problems, this paper proposes some therapy countermeasures.
