摘要
日本在知识产权方面进行了一系列改革,将知识产权战略提升到国策的高度,从法律和行政上保证了"知识产权立国"方针的实施。中国在推行《国家知识产权战略纲要》过程中,很值得借鉴日本政府《知识产权战略大纲》的实施经验,强化产学官合作,推进国家创新体系建设,提高知识产权创造、运用、保护和管理水平。
The Japanese government takes the intellectual property strategy as a national policy and refers the implementation of it to legislation and administration reforms. China can learn from the Japanese experiences to practice the ＂Outline of National Intellectual Property Strategy＂, by means of strengthening industry - university - government cooperation, promoting national innovation system, and improving the ability of creation, utilization, protection and managment of intellectual property.
