摘要 阴道乳酸菌是一群维持阴道微生态平衡,防御生殖道感染的重要益生菌。众多研究表明,阴道乳酸菌能通过竞争黏附、抑制病原体的生长、刺激免疫防御等机制维持阴道菌群平衡;本文综述了阴道乳酸菌防治生殖道感染机制及应用前景。 Vaginal Lactobacillus i's an important group of beneficial bacteria which maintain the balance of vaginal flora and defense genital tractinfections. Study show that vaginal Lactobacillus can maintain vaginal microbiota through the mechanism of competition for adhesion, antimicrobial properties and stimulation of immunity defense. This paper reviews the mechanism of immunity defense and applying prospection in Lactic acid bacteria in vagina.
