摘要
分析了华能汕头电厂由俄罗斯提供的折流板管壳式闭式冷却水换热器(简称为折流板闭冷器)运行中发生换热管断管的原因,是由于闭式冷却水(闭冷水)进出口处横流速度大于临界速度引起换热管振动等所致。对此,提出了采用折流杆管壳式闭冷器(简称为折流杆闭冷器)、降低闭冷水横流速度等改进措施。实施后,消除了换热管振动断管故障,并解决了换热面积不够的问题。折流杆闭冷器经长期使用效果良好。
The causes of tube breakage in operation of the Russian made baffle plate tubular heat exchanger for closed - loop cooling water in Huaneng Shantou Power Plant have been analysed. It is believed that the main cause resulted in tube breakage in said heat exchanger is the vibration of tubes in the heat exchanger due to the horizontal flow speed of closed - loop cooling water at inlet and outlet of the heat- exchanger being larger than the critical speed. The retrofit measures, such as adopting baffle rod tubular heat exchanger, reducing the horizontal flow speed of closed- loop cooling water, etc. ,have been put forward. After retrofitting according to said measures, the troubles of tube vibration and breakage in the heat exchanger have been eliminated, and the problem of insufficient area of the heat exchanger being solved. Through long - term application of the baffle rod tubular heat exchanger, the effectiveness is better.
