摘要
为探究针翅管的几何构造对其性能的影响,基于有限元方法,提出自顶及下的建模方法,计算获得针翅管的振型和模态频率,分析了整体针翅管长度、管壁厚度、针翅高度和厚度等参数对针翅管模态频率的影响。结果表明:针翅管长度对固有频率影响较大,管壁厚影响较小;相对针翅管几何尺寸,针翅几何尺寸对固有频率的影响较小。该研究为工程设计中整体针翅管的选择、使用与安全运行提供参考。
This paper aims to explore the influence of the geometric structure of the pin-fin tube on its performance and proposes a top-down modeling method based on the finite element method.The study involves providing the top-down modeling method;identifying the vibration mode and modal frequency of the pin-fin tube;and analyzing the influence of the geometric parameters of tube wall thickness,pin fin height,and pin fin thickness on the integral pin-fin tube modal frequency.The results show that the length of the integral pin-fin tube has a greater influence on the natural frequency and the wall thickness has a smaller one;and the pin-fin geometry has a smaller effect on the natural frequency than the pin-fin tube geometry.This research could inform the selection,use and safe operation of integral pin-fin tubes in engineering design.
