摘要
选择北京市大兴区为研究区,结合不同水管理模式下水资源转换数据,并参考和吸收有关成果经验,遵循科学性、综合性、可操作性、一致性、可比性及目标性等原则,从灌溉用水效率、主要作物水分生产率、区域耗水量、区域用水量、水资源开发利用程度和水资源水质等6个方面构建了灌溉用水管理指标体系.相关性分析表明:所构建的灌溉用水管理评价指标体系中各指标彼此间存在信息重叠问题;为解决指标体系全面性与独立性问题,提出了基于主成分分析的灌溉用水管理评价方法,并利用Kolmogorov-Smiromov(K-S)正态分布检验概率(Pk-s)对综合主成分得分分值的统计分布进行了非参数检验,在此基础上获得不同用水管理模式下灌溉用水管理评价分类.
Taking Beijing Daxing district as the study area, based on water resources transfer data under different irrigation water management modes and relevant achievements, an evaluation index system for irrigation water management is proposed, which obeys the principles of scientific, comprehensive, operative, comparable and objective. The system includes the indexes in six aspects: water use efficiency, main crop water productivity, regional water consumption, regional water use, regional water resources development level and regional water resources quality. Significant correlation is found among the evaluation indexes selected. To solve the problem of the index system between independence and completeness, the evaluation for irrigation water management based on the principal component analysis is put forward. Meanwhile, the statistic distribution of comprehensive evaluation value is proved by Kolmogorov-Smiromov normal distribution test. Based on this, the evaluation classification for different irrigation water management modes is acquired.
