摘要
目的:探讨采用耳后乳突区带蒂皮瓣早期修复外伤性耳廓缺损的方法和效果。方法:在耳后乳突区设计带蒂筋膜皮瓣,向前推进转移,包埋Medpor支架,修复缺损耳廓。结果:本组病例皮瓣皆成活,颜色相近,所有病例术后外形满意。结论:采用耳后乳突区带蒂筋膜皮瓣,包被Medpor支架的方法,可早期修复耳廓缺损,取材方便,手术设计合理,效果良好,方法简易。
Objective To study the method and effect of early part absence of auricle with temporal fascia flap of mastoid area.Methods We used temporal fascia flap of the mastoid area,covered on the whole Medpor support to rebuild the manmade auricle.Results All cases were success and patients were satisfied with their forms of restored auricles.Conclusion This method can restore the early part absence of auricle.The results are good and the method is feasible.
