摘要
目的探讨计算机辅助组合数字化技术在耳部缺损整形修复中的应用效果。方法对100例耳部缺损患者,采用随机数字方法分为对照组50例和观察组50例。对照组采用常规的整形修复方法;观察组在常规方法的基础上联合计算机辅助组合数字化技术进行修复,并比较2组患者术后的修复效果。结果观察组术后有效率为98%,对照组为84%,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者的术前生理、心理、独立性及社会关系评分比较,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者术后的生活质量量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对耳部缺损患者采用常规方法联合计算机辅助组合数字化技术修复,能提高手术后的修复效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical application of computer-aided combination digital technique in the repair of ear defects.Methods One hundred patients with ear defects were selected and divided into two groups according to a random number table.The ear defects of fifty patients in the control group were repaired by conventional methods.Defects in the ears of fifty patients in the experimental group were repaired by computer-aided combination digital technology based on the routine method.The efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results The efficacy rate was 98％ in the experimental group and 84％ in the control group.The difference was statistically significant between the two groups （P＜0.05）.The differences in the physiological,psychological,independence,and social relationship scores between the two groups was not statistically significant preoperative （P＞0.05）.The scale scores of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group postoperative （P＜0.05）.Conclusion The computer-aided combination digital technique based on the routine method can improve the postoperative efficacy in ear defect repair.It should be considered for promotion in clinic.
