摘要
以蒸馏水处理为对照,分别探讨了高良姜、肉桂及其复合提取液对油桃的保鲜效果。结果表明:不同天然植物提取液均可降低油桃贮藏期间的呼吸强度和果实腐烂率,延缓VC含量和果实硬度的下降,其中以高良姜、肉桂复合提取液对油桃的保鲜效果最佳。
The effects of Galanga extract, Cinnamon extract and their compound on the fresh - keeping of nectarine were studied with the distilled water as control. The results showed that the plant extracts could decrease the respiratory intensity and decay rate, delay the decline of vitamin C content and fruit firmness. The effect of the compound extract of Galanga and Cinnamon was the best.
