摘要
课程改革是一种复杂系统的演化,其发展不是一蹴而就的突变,而应当是脚踏实地的"渐进"过程。"渐进"战略强调在时间上"分步到位"地达成最终的改革目标,在空间上"由点及面"地逐步推广改革的成果。基础教育课程改革采取稳步改良的"战略"不仅是基于"中国改革"及中国教育改革的经验,而且新课程改革的实践也在证明这一点。
Curriculum reform is a kind of complicated and systemic evolvement. It should be achieved step by step rather than sudden change. The evolutionary reform strategy lays stress on that the final reform objective should be achieved step by step, and that reform fluid should be popularized from points to entire surface. The evolutionary reform strategy of basic education curriculum reform is based on the experiences from China reform and Chinese education reform, but there exist a lot of successful evidences from new curriculum reform practice.
