摘要
合成了双核铁(Ⅲ)配合物Na2[Fe2(μ-O)(μ-OAc)2(IDA)2]·5H2O(Ⅰ),其中OAc为乙酸根(CH3COO-),IDA为亚氨基二乙酸根[HN(CH2COO-)2].通过元素分析、摩尔电导、紫外可见光谱、红外光谱等方法对该配合物进行了表征,研究了它的电化学性质,并采用微量热法测定了其催化水解ATP的动力学参数[Km=(2.898±0.195)×10-4mol·L-1,k2=(4.617±0.193)×10-3s-1].
Dinuclear iron(Ⅲ) complex, Na 2[Fe 2(μ O)(μ OAc) 2(IDA) 2]·5H 2O, has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, molar electronconductivity, infrared spectra and UV Vis spectra. The electrochemistry and catalytic hydrolysis of ATP of this complex have been studied by cyclic voltametry and micriocalorimetry, respectively. The Michael's constant K m = (2.898±0.195) ×10 -4 mol·L -1 and rate constant k 2=(4.617±0.193)×10 -3 s -1 have been determined.
