三种TATP-铜(Ⅱ)-L-氨基酸配合物的SOD活性及其电化学性质研究 被引量:1

摘要 超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)广泛存在于人、动物、植物、藻类以及原核生物中,它能够催化超氧阴离子自由基发生歧化反应,平衡机体内的氧自由基,是一切生物体内重要的抗活性氧毒害的酶。研究表明,SOD可用于抗癌、抗炎、抗衰老及治疗自身免疫性疾病和心肌缺血与缺血再灌注综合征等疾病,同时也能提高植物的抗寒、抗旱和抗病害能力。 The SOD-like activities and electrochemical properties of the complexes [ Cu(TATP)(L-Ile)( H2O) ] ClO4 ( 1 ), [ Cu (TATP) (L-Phe) ( H2 O) ] ClO4·0. 5 H2O ( 2 ) and [ Cu (TATP) (L-Try) ( H2 O) ] ClO4·H2O ( 3 ) ( TATP = 1,4,8,9- tetraazatri-phenylene,L-Ile = L-Isoleucine,L-Phe = L-Phenylalanine,L-Try = L-Tryptophan) have been determined by NBT- illumination method and cyclic voltammetry, respectively. The results indicate that the complexes possess excellent SOD-hke activities and show 50% inhibition ratio with complex 1 〉2 〉3 in the concentration range of 0.4 ~ 1.4μmol · L^-1.
