山核桃与美国山核桃正反交种实及苗期性状的分析 被引量:9

摘要 采用人工控制授粉的方式开展了山核桃与美国山核桃种间正反杂交。基于两年重复杂交授粉试验,对杂交产生的种实及幼苗生长性状进行了测量分析。结果表明:山核桃与美国山核桃之间不论正反交都是可孕的,杂种果实及种子在一定程度上受母本的影响;不同授粉类型对果实质量、种子质量、果皮厚度、果型指数、出籽率这些参数均产生了极显著的影响;不同年份对果皮厚度有显著影响,对种子质量及出籽率有极显著影响,对果实质量、果形指数没有影响;杂交类型和年份两因素的交互作用对果实质量、种子质量、果型指数、出籽率有极显著的影响,对果皮厚度没有影响;正反交种子的出苗率高于母本自然授粉的种子;不同授粉类型对苗高及小叶数/复叶有极显著的影响,对地径没有影响。 Controlled pollination was performed between C. cathayensis and C. illinoensis. Based on two - year data, traits of fruits, seeds and juvenile seedlings were measured and analyzed. It has been shown that crosses between C. cathayensis and C. illinoensis were fertile and maternal parents had some effects on fruits and seeds resulting from crosses to some extent. Different cross combinations influenced fruit mass, seed mass, the ratio of fruit height to diameter, fruit peel thickness and the percentage of seed weight to fruit weight most significantly; fruit peel thickness was influenced significantly, seed mass and the percentage of seed weight to fruit weight were influenced most significantly, and fruit weight and the ratio of fruit height to diameter were not influenced by different years; the interaction between cross combinations and years had a most significant effect on fruit mass, seed mass, the ratio of fruit height to diameter, seed mass and the percentage of seed weight to fruit weight and had no effect on fruit peel thickness. The percentage of the number of seedlings to the number of seeds between two crosses was combinations influenced seedling height and the higher than that of open pollinated seeds and different cross number of leaflets per compound leaf most significantly and had no effect on the basal diameter of seedlings.
