腔镜腋窝淋巴结清扫在早期乳腺癌保乳术中的应用
摘要
现在已经有较多单位对早期乳腺癌采用保乳手术，我院自2002年3月至2006年1月，对118例早期乳腺癌患者进行肿瘤局部切除加腔镜腋窝淋巴结清扫，并与改良根治术进行对比，现将结果报告如下。
