摘要 分别采用有限元法和试验模态分析法对某三轮摩托车车架进行了模态分析.对2种方法的分析结果进行了对比,验证了所建有限元模型的正确性.得出该车架的前10阶固有频率及振型特征,使摩托车的结构在设计中尽量避免共振和噪声,加强其稳定性、舒适性,为车架的改进设计提供依据. In this paper, the modal characteristics of a three-wheel motorcycle frame are analyzed by the Finite Element Method (FEM) and the Experimental Modal Analysis (EMA) respectively. The comparison between the two methods proves that the finite modal is correct. Then, the frames former ten natural frequencies and corresponding mode shapes are obtained, so that the resonance and noise is avoided during the design of the motorcycle frame, which strengthens the stability, comfortableness and security of the motorcycle and supplies foundation in theory to prove design of the frame.
