摘要
通过对平地机各作业工况的分析,提出了传动参数的确定方法和混合工况下的液力传动、液压传动的各自参数获取和牵引特性的计算方法。介绍了该方法的组成结构和实现原理,指出了混合传动可实现最佳性能的输出,为此类传动的设计、研发提供技术支持。实践证明该算法正确、可行。
The parameter determination, respective parameters acquirement for both hydrodynamic transmission and hydraulic transmission in combined conditions, and calculation method of traction characteristics are presented in terms of the analysis on grader in diverse conditions. The composition and realization principle are introduced. It is pointed out that hybrid transmission can obtain the optimum performance, which provides technical support for design and research of hybrid transmission. The feasibility and correctness of the algorithm is proved by practice.
