摘要 新型二冲程微型摆式内燃机(MFSPE)预压缩室的作用是对进入腔内的新鲜充量进行预压缩,使其在进入燃烧室时有一定的预压力,从而达到充分混合,以保证燃烧的适时性和充分性,以及提高扫气效率。本文通过运用FLUENT中的动网格模型对其在预压缩过程中的流场进行了分析,获取了场内流线的分布,并通过对预压缩室结构的优化改善了流线的分布,充分地利用了新鲜充量的流动惯性。 The novel two-stroke micro free swing piston engine s pre-compressing chamber is to pre-compress the fresh charge,which will enter the combustion chamber with expected pre-pressure,so that the fuel will be burn timely and completely.Dynamic meshes model of the CFD software FLUENT is used in this paper.Through the analysis of the fluid field about the MFSPE s pre-compressing chamber,we obtained the distributing of the path lines.After Optimizing the structure of MFSPE s pre-compressing chamber,path lines were iraproved efficiently, so the flow inertia of fresh charge can be used adequately.
