摘要
新型二冲程微型摆式内燃机中心摆的振动会给其运行带来一定的危害,基于动力学理论和振动理论,采用虚拟样机技术,应用ADAMS软件建立中心摆模型并研究其振动特性。首先利用MATLAB软件计算出各工作阶段的压力随时间的变化,把计算出的参数赋予模型,利用Joints和Forces等工具约束三维模型,最后对其中心摆进行振动仿真分析,并绘制频率响应曲线,以验证其响应是否在所要求的范围之内。
Vibration of the novel two-stroke micro free swing piston engine's center swing is harmful to running of internalcombustion engine. Based on dynamic and vibration theory, according to the virtual prototyping technology, using ADAMS software,this paper has built the model of engine's center swing and analyzed the speciality of vibration. Firstly,by using MATLAB software ,it has worked out the press change at every working phase,endowed the parameters to the model,used "Joints" and "Force" to restrict 3D model. Then,it has simulated and analyzed the swing. At last,it has protracted the curve of frequency response to validate weather the respond is normal.
