石墨纤维在不同气氛下的高温热稳定性研究

摘要 将石墨纤维分别在氢气和氩气气氛下加热到900、1200、1500和1800℃保温4 h,测试石墨纤维在两种气氛下高温处理后的性能,用SEM和XRD观察和分析石墨纤维高温处理后的组织与形态。通过对比石墨纤维与钛锆钼(TZM)合金相应的性能,分析石墨纤维作为TZM合金增强体的可行性。结果表明,石墨纤维在氢气气氛下会被烧蚀而形成甲烷气体,在氩气气氛下则具有优良的热稳定性,即使长时间高温处理也不会使纤维微晶尺寸及组织发生较大变化,因此,石墨纤维可以用作TZM合金增强体。 Properties of the graphite fibers were measured after heating at 900,1200,1500 and 1800℃ for 4 h in flow hydrogen and argon atmosphere, respectively. The microstructure and morphology of the heat-treated graphite fibers were studied by XRD and SEM. The feasibility of the graphite fibers used for reinforced in TZM alloys was discussed by properties comparison between the graphite fibers and TZM alloys. The results show that the graphite fibers will be ablated and produce CH4 after heating under hydrogen atmosphere. The graphite fibers exhibit excellents thermal stability when heat-treated under argon atmosphere, and its fiber crystallize size and mierostructure do not make obvious change even after prolonged high temperature treatment. Therefore, the graphite fibers can be used for reinforcement in TZM alloys.
